Vocational Pathways

Are you a high school student in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven thinking about the next steps when you leave school? Talk to your school about Flagstaff’s Vocational Pathways program.

Designed for High School students from Years 9 to 12, Flagstaff’s Vocational Pathways offers students with a disability access to work experience and vocational training in a supportive business environment.

Flagstaff Vocational Pathways is a ‘school to work’ program that gives you an individually tailored path to transition into mainstream employment. The program provides an interesting learning environment as it divides training between classroom-style learning and hands-on work placement.

Students will have the exciting opportunity to develop core work skills and receive support while working on jobs being done by Flagstaff employees.

Flagstaff works closely with schools in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region to identify suitable students who would benefit from the program and continuously use student feedback to enhance the program to ensure the highest quality training and learning.
