- Inclusion means more than just playing. Invite people with disability to help as team managers, scorers, canteen helpers, photographers, or event volunteers.
- If someone isn’t ready to play a full game, give them other ways to be involved. Every role matters.
- Don’t forget the social side: make sure everyone is invited to BBQs, awards nights, and team photos.
