Model Respect—for Everyone

We model inclusion not just by cheering, but by the way we treat everyone involved.

• Do not shout at or about referees, umpires, coaches or officials. Mistakes happen—they’re human, too.
• Never ridicule, swear at, or criticise any player, coach, official or spectator.
• Comments that are racist, sexist, ableist, or discriminatory are never acceptable.
• Be aware of body language and tone. How we look and react can speak just as loudly as words.

If you see behaviour that puts others at risk, or undermines the club’s inclusive culture, let an official or coach know quietly and respectfully.
