• Understand how spectators and volunteers shape the tone, safety, and welcome of a club.
• Use positive, respectful language that encourages all players—without placing pressure or blame.
• Recognise and support individual sensory needs, including players who may need quiet or calm.
• Foster family and community connection so that everyone—on or off the field—feels seen, safe, and included.
